2011 Choice Residential Joins Coldwell Banker

(APPLETON, WI, May 13, 2011) Joyce Bytof, CEO and chairman of Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group announced that Manitowoc-area based Choice Residential, LLC has joined Appleton-based Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group, Inc., effective May 11, 2011.

The merger further strengthens Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group’s ability to serve the Manitowoc, Two Rivers, Mishicot, Kiel and surrounding area buyers and sellers.

Daniel Wergin, former Broker/Owner of Choice Residential, LLC stated, “Our company has been serving lakeshore real estate for over forty years. We pride ourselves on personal service so merging with a company with similar stature in the real estate community was the perfect fit for us.” Wergin will continue leading Choice Commercial.
