Dear Joyce & Kitty, I wanted to let you know how pleased Brian and I were with Sue Hermus'real estate services in our recent home purchase. Moving from Ohio, we were not familiar with the area. We had 5 days in which to hopefully find a home before Brian had to start his new job and I had to go back to Ohio. Sue worked tirelessly on our behalf showing us countless homes, explaining neighborhoods and areas around town, and driving us around from first thing in the morning until dinner time. On our second to last day we finally found the home we'd hoped for. Sue was most helpful in negotiations. Then finally, she helped us achieve a smooth closing although Brian was busy in his new position and I had to do my part long-distance. Sue really helped to make a very stressful time - EASY!
