"Don't Make a Move Without Us"
Buying or selling a house can be a very exciting yet stressful experience. A person needs a realtor who is knowledgeable, experienced, patient and understanding. As an educator for thirty-two years I have always displayed these qualities in both my professional and personal life. I became a realtor in 2008 and strive to put the needs of my client first and work very hard to find a house that meets my client's criteria. My slogan is "Don't Make a Move Without Us" because I will be with you through every step of the process along with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group. Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group offers services and amenities that, along with me, will make this a very positive and enjoyable experience.
I have lived in Bloomington since October, 2015 but feel I have come full circle since I was also born in Normal. Family is very important to me. In fact, son Scott, teacher at Bloomington High School, daughter-in-law Kristen, teacher at Oakland Grade School, and granddaughters Emma and Lauren are the reason for the relocation from Beardstown to Bloomington. My husband Ross and I also have son Larry, daughter-in-law Missy and granddaughter Sydney in Gastonia, NC.
Community involvement is very important to me and while in Beardstown I was a commissioner at the Old Lincoln Courtroom and Museum and served as secretary of the library board. I continue my active status in the P.E.O. sisterhood by joining Chapter JV in Bloomington. Ross and I have joined Trinity Lutheran Church in Bloomington, and I will continue being active in LWML.
My hobbies include quilting, reading (member of two book clubs), traveling and helping with the granddaughters.
I was a realtor for DeSollar & Wessler Bros. Agency in Beardstown since 2008. My philosophy for dealing with clients is simply the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
I look forward to working with you.
What clients say about working with me:
Connie is a "great" real estate agent to work with! In coordinating this condo purchase she called and e-mailed frequently with updates and information. Any questions I had were never a bother to her and she obtained addition information from the condo's listing agent, also. Connie provided outstanding service and took a true personal interest in my situation. ES
Connie was always looking for the best house to fit our family. She was very personable and we appreciate all the time she took to help us find our first home. Josh and Marcie Prather
