Management degree from Northern Illinois University I have thirty plus years of Business and Management experience. I have taken Clients to the Closing Table approximately 300 times.  I have sold in excess of ten million dollars per year in multiple years.  Very knowledgeable in Short Sales and Foreclosures.  I use the latest Internet and Social Media to promote my listings.  I am a Certified HUD Broker.  My experience also includes approximately ten years in Purchasing and International Procurement. I have negotiated multi-million dollar contracts on four continents.
