Bernice will oversee all company-wide sales operations while continuing to lead our Indiana region. She first joined our organization through the Coldwell Banker Helman acquisition, where she was the owner and operator alongside her husband, Troy Helman — together building one of Indiana's most respected real estate brokerages.
Since joining Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, Bernice has continued to exemplify those same values as Vice President of Sales and Managing Broker for Indiana, fostering growth, collaboration, and success throughout the region.
