With over 20 years of experience in the Indiana real estate industry, Andrea brings strong leadership, industry expertise, and deep community ties to her new role. A respected professional and REALTOR® of the Year recipient, she has served at the local, state, and national levels. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

Andrea brings more than 23 years of real estate experience, along with a strong foundation in leadership, advocacy, and agent support. She began her career with Coldwell Banker in 2002, earning Rookie of the Year honors, and most recently served as a top-producing REALTOR® and Team Lead with ERA First Advantage Realty, where she was recognized with the Spirit Award.

A dedicated industry leader, Andrea has served in numerous roles at the local and state levels, including Association President, REALTOR® of the Year, and Indiana Regional MLS Director. She is also a passionate RPAC advocate and graduate of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy.

As Assistant Manager, Andrea is committed to empowering agents with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to build successful, sustainable businesses.
