DO NOT USE HER. SHE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. NOT ONLY SHOULD SHE NOT BE IN THE MOST TRUSTED IN An INTERNET SEARCH, SHE SHOULD BE LISTED UNDER THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS. DO NOT USE HER.I’m from out of state looking for an investment property. I searched for most trustworthy real estate agents in Fort Wayne as I was buying a property. The search engine recommended her as an option. I searched what parts were the good parts of the 05 and explained to her I wanted property in these areas. Additionally I explained as a rental property I was looking for that 1% return. She put me on a property email list, I found a property I liked, and submitted for inspection and paid 2k as a down payment. She didn’t not disclose that this property met neither of my requirements. I already put a 2k deposit down and walked away from the deal losing my 2k because she did not prequalify the property to meet the requirements I asked for.
