During the search for my first home, I had the pleasure to work with James.From my experience with him, I am confident to say that he is one of the best realtors I have ever met. He helped me throughout the whole process, from start to finish. He helped me figure out what to do as the first-time home buyer, find the most suitable mortgage, search for the best home, contact services, and completing the paperwork.I would say the most important thing is that he cares deeply about his client. During the time that he was working for me, he was always there whenever I need him. He was even working on Sunday after 8:00 AM just so he can ensure that I have everything I need, even though I didn't request him to. He was working until later than 10:00 PM on multiple occasions, just so we could figure out the solutions to some of my problems during the mortgage process.James and the people at Coldwell Banker made the process of buying my first house seem effortless as they were taking care of most things for me. I would definitely recommend James to whoever is trying to look for a realtor to help with their home-buying process.Also, I recommended James to a friend of mine who was also looking to buy his first home, and he told me 2 weeks ago that he just got a great offer and had a great time working with James.
