My husband and I looked at what seemed like hundreds of properties before finding the right home. David never tired of taking us out to look at houses. We were about to give up when a new property popped up and I called David who was happy to set up a showing ASAP on a Saturday morning. But at the end of the day, we came out with more money than we expected on the house we sold, and a beautiful new home that we are in love with! Oh...and he negotiated a home warranty for us about an hour before closing which turned out to be a huge blessing since we've already had to use the warranty twice since we moved in!
