First time home-buyer and the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Julie truly went above-and-beyond in every way. She promptly answered every question I had, provided advice on the steps to take, continually checked-in in regards to current progress and updates, and even went so far as to provide good local companies and their contact details for any services required (such as inspections, repairs, cleaning, etc.) before closing.
