Steve Slavin has over 14 years of real estate experience, serving all of Mid-East Central Indiana and Northern Indianapolis areas. He holds the prestigious global luxury designation and the GRI, and he will soon add the ABR to his list of certifications.
With a deep knowledge of markets and startups, Steve began his career in the early '90s as an investment advisor at Northwestern Mutual and NatCity Investments. In 2000, he co-founded and served as President of PairCo, LLC, a statistical arbitrage trading, education, and software firm with offices in Cincinnati and Vancouver. He is a published author of a comprehensive pair trading manual and co-founder of Pairtrader.com and PairCo Capital Holdings, LLC. In 2003, Steve helped establish the Butler Wick Institutional Markets Group in Columbus, Ohio, as the first Institutional Fixed Income Salesperson.
As a Partner with Summit Financial Partners, Steve strategically consulted micro/small-cap companies on growth and investor relations. He was also involved in capital sourcing for private and public companies, as well as conceptualizing, launching, and managing startups. Following the health loss of his senior partner, Steve consulted for the State of Indiana and two business incubators and later acquired the famous art gallery and art wholesaler FB Fogg of Muncie, IN.
Steve first earned his real estate license in 1995. He now specializes in both residential and commercial real estate in Muncie and has been the Top Producing Broker in East Central Indiana for over 10 years. A native of Muncie, Indiana, Steve is married with two children and active in his local church community. He is a USPTA Tennis Pro, a volunteer coach with the Boy's Delta Tennis Team for 8 years, and assists with local tennis development. Steve is also an avid golfer and musician.
