Recently presented with the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society award, Kate has earned her reputation as a client-focused, and dedicated professional. She joined Coldwell Banker in 2007 and now works alongside Claire Henderson, forming the Marshall-Henderson Group. 

In 2020, Kate generated more than $21 million in sales, assisting buyers and sellers throughout Marshall County. She brings a unique skill-set to her real estate practice. 

Kate came to real estate after moving to Culver from Naperville, IL in 2003. Previously, she supervised departments with the Illinois House of Representatives and worked at a top-tier law firm in Chicago. Her prior work experience has prepared her with the necessary skills to work in the real estate field.
