Jess was outstanding!! I was introduced to her by Jim P after he showed me a Michigan property. Since I was shopping mostly in Indiana it made more sense to work with Jess. At first I was apprehensive because I had liked Jim so much but now I know why they are on the same team. They are both excellent!! Jess was very communicative throughout the process. Willing to show me what I wanted to see and a great ally when looking at homes. She wasn’t going to let me buy a lemon if she could help it. She negotiated with my seller and worked a home warranty into my deal which has saved me thousands of dollars in only 6 months time. We also had to back out of one contract after getting some scary feedback during an inspection. She handled it professionally and appropriately and we were able to walk away. Thank goodness!! Eventually we found the perfect home. On a day where she had already spent time showing me 5 or 6 homes that had all been utterly disappointing I became aware of a gem that had just been listed that day. She made herself available to come back across town get me in and we immediately put in an offer that was accepted! She is fun to work with and I never felt like I was bothering her. Would recommend her to anyone. Especially to any single women who are shopping for a Diamond in the rough in this current market!
