The wealth building opportunities that the real estate field provides is my motivation and the reason why I became a Real Estate Agent.  I began investing in Real Estate as well because I did not believe it was right for me to promote this business or help people enter and grow in this business if I was not making moves in this business myself.  

I believe buying a house is not just your new home, it’s an investment that can help build wealth for you and your family.  Whether you choose to have a short term or long term investment plan through your next purchase, a home can build your life in more ways than you can expect.

My largest motivitation for people to purchase their home is for their retirement.  Review your retirement plans. How long do you plan on working? When do you want to retire? How will you afford your life once you retire?  HOW WILL YOUR LIFE BE DIFFERENT IF YOUR HOUSE WAS PAID OFF?  Having no mortgage or rent is my personal goal that will allow me to retire earlier.  

A home is the largest investment that most people make in their lives.  I understand how important a home purchase is to someone, along with all the joys and stresses that come along during the process. 

The process to buy a home is not difficult. The hardest part, just like for a work out, is showing up. 

        1) Knowing how much you can afford to buy is the first step in buying a home. I can provide you contact information of a few mortage loan officers that can assist you with this process.  Your mortgage loan officer will provide you with a "Pre-Approval Letter" that shows how much you can tenatively afford.

        2) Using the Pre-Approval letter, we can begin our search.  We will identify what your preferences are based off location, size, age, cost, and more, to then search for your new home.

        3) Any home that interests you, we will schedule a time to view the property. (It can be more than one property!)

        4) We will begin the purchasing process for the home that you are "all-in" on.  

There is no better feeling than walking into your newly bought home, looking around, and telling yourself, "I can't believe this is mine!"
