Joe Morrissey is a great realtor because he listens and remembers. My husband and I were looking for different things in a new house, and had different concerns and expectations. We worked with Joe for over a year, because the market was so slow during that time. Joe kept us informed the entire time, and managed to find a few places for us to look at in the beginning. As the market picked up in the spring last year, we of course saw more. Joe did two things consistently, that we really appreciate. He remembered little things we had mentioned at the beginning of our search, and when they were available, he pointed them out. He also pointed out features that he knew were not what we wanted. Then we discussed how they might be mitigated. He has been patient, kind, thoughtful and intuitive through the whole process. I highly recommend him.
