James J. Finnegan, CCIM began his commercial real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1997. He has worked exclusively in the commercial real estate field since that time, providing clients with professional representation for purchasing, selling, leasing and investments. Jim has been recognized for outperforming industry standards numerous times and has received “Circle of Distinction” awards from Coldwell Banker Commercial; and has been “Commercial Salesperson of the Year” for his office numerous times.

Jim successfully earned his CCIM designation in 2001, placing him at the top of the commercial/investment real estate industry.

Jim specializes in investment real estate, land sales, and leasing. He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR)
