We had a property which consisted of two homes, five barns, tillable acreage, a creek and wooded area. And Jim was very knowledgeable in assisting us in determining how to split all of the property into three separate parcels. Since we are retired and downsizing, we were interested in selling it as is which included some furniture. All of it sold in two days! Then Jim was very attentive to each and every little detail that needed to be completed prior to closings. Any questions we had, he responded to immediately with clear explanations, any issues were resolved quickly and his advice was always appreciated and appropriate. Jim came out to home months before listed to give a market analysis and advise on preparing home for sale. After following his direction, replacing wall paper, fresh paint, and replacing some carpet, we listed the home and had a contract within weeks. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Jim worked with us over a three year period to find the perfect forever home to retire to, and advised us in our offer to get an awesome deal. After an injury and an accident resulted in the home and the commute not being doable for us, we decided to sell the home. Of course, we worked with Jim to list the home and the sale could not have gone quicker and smoother, even in the slowest time of the year for real estate sales in Indiana. Jim's guidance, patience, and foresight was very valuable in both our purchase and our sale.
