As you may know by now, I have been an active real estate agent here in Delaware County for over 30 years and am a native of the area.  I live and work here and have been through the ups and downs of many different markets  -  from Buyer's markets, to Seller's markets, and everything in between!   What does this mean to you?  It means that I have the background of experience to help you with the challenges that all buyers and sellers face and that, if I don't have the answer to a specific question or situation, I know how to locate the resources to help!

My educational background?  I'm a graduate of Delta High School here in Muncie and have a M.A.E. in Elementary Education from Ball State University.  I'm a licensed Broker and, in addition to that, I have both the CRS and ABR designations (Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative).
