About Jeff Niemann
I was raised within a family of real estate brokers and spent much of my childhood riding along and realizing the joy that could be had in helping people achieve their home buying & selling goals. Growing up in the Joliet area my whole life, my wife and I settled down to begin raising a family within the Crest Hill & Plainfield communities, and I strive to bring our family and community values into each interaction. When it came time for me to begin my own career in real estate, I looked for a brokerage that would allow me to help each of my clients and provide us with any experience, information, and resources we may need along the way!
I believe trust & honesty is essential in all dealings; especially in real estate. I look to build that trust with each of my clients through listening, learning your needs & goals, and providing as much transparency to make for as positive & smooth of an interaction as possible.
