With more than 34 years in the real estate industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to my role as Director of Risk Management for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. I began my career as a successful Realtor, developing a deep understanding of the real estate process from the ground up. For the past 18 years, I have served in various leadership roles, becoming a trusted resource for agents, managers, and our leadership team alike.

Known for my calm, solution-oriented approach, I specialize in professional standards, risk mitigation, and deal doctoring. My extensive experience allows me to guide our team through complex transactions while ensuring that company policies and ethical standards are upheld at every step.  I am proud to be part of a company that shares those values.

Beyond my technical expertise, I enjoy spending time with my two adult children and their families, which includes my three beautiful granddaughters.  In my free time I enjoy golfing, traveling, and volunteering.  I am currently on the leadership team at Illinois Realtors and have enjoyed giving back to an industry I truly love.
