We were moving across the country and were on a tight turn around with stressful logistics, Jill got us out and looking right away and then guided us through the process seamlessly! She is very patient, understanding, respectful and has a vast knowledge of home building and servicing needs; Being from the Wet Coast my husband has never had to deal with basements and had many questions for her about sub pumps, radon systems, egress windows and building code - Jill's knowledge helped him feel more comfortable taking these systems on. I especially appreciated her reminder/timeline emails and ability to provide documents online via scanning and e-signatures, as my husband and I were on opposite sides of the country during the escrow process. Jill also provided us with safe COVID procedures, providing us with booties, sanitizing wipes and she wore a mask along with us! I would recommend Jill and her team to anyone needing to buy or sell a home, you will not be disappointed!
