She was very knowledgeable of the area and the different properties that we looked at. I was impressed with how she got back to us often and not just to answer certain questions. She is also very kind and easy to work with. Everything was taken care of in advance so when we went to the close, all we had to go through were a few pages to sign. We could not have asked for a better realtor for something we have looked forward to for so many years. We felt very confident with Annie and we knew that everything would eventually work out. One of the properties we bid for turned out to be sold for way over the asking price.
