Employed by: Green Bay Packaging Engineering Department and then the Research & Development Deparment of Northwest Engineering. Meeting Darrel Whiting Real Estate Broker at church in 1977 Michael was inspired to entered the Real Estate Industry. Michael committed to a career as a full time Realtor in 1978 in the Green Bay market. Michael has served on numerous real estate boards in the G.B. market. Michael has taught classes at the local Tech College on: How To Buy A Home. I do not know any other realtor from Coldwell Banker except Michael Held. I purchased my first home from Michael, 20+ years later sold it with Michael, built and purchased my second home with Michaels help, also my two children have looked for and purchased a home with Michael. My parents moved to the area and they also worked with Michael. Since the passing of my parents the home they built and bought was now being sold by Michael. I have known Michael over 40 years. He is a very honest, trustworthy and kind person. Everything from day one that involved the home was shared & discussed with me. Our family in Green Bay have used Caldwell Banker Real Estate for all houses bought and sold, and Michael Held has helped us thru every sale and purchase, going above and beyond to provide a smooth and accurate transaction for buyer and seller.
