I am a 3rd generation REALTOR. From an early age I was surrounded by Real Estate talk...
From Developing Subdivisions, Building Homes, Selling Homes and Appraising Homes this was all apart of my family. After receiving an Associates Degree for Interior Design it was a natural fit to go into Real Estate sales. So Trace Plass and Michelle Smith (Dating at the Time) went to work for Coldwell Banker in 1995. Trace and I got married in 2000 we have two daughters and made our home in Kimberly. Trace and I enjoy investing in Real Estate. These days you will find me on the front lines of the Real Estate Transaction and Trace is there to help with Showings, Inspections and Real Estate Evaluations.
Real Estate is not a one size fits all business. Therefore our philosophy is to listen to our clients and tailor a plan that works best for them.
