She explained the whole buying process from beginning to end. She worked diligently afterwards in taking appointments, doing follow-ups, giving feed-back promptly and keeping me informed at all times. During visits, she took great notes which helped summarize the pro's and con's of each of the properties viewed. She was also very prompt in having an offer ready and submitted quickly. Her good negotiation skills were also of great help.
